Eata Silicon supplies a modified polysiloxane textile fluid designed to give cotton, viscose and lyocell fabrics a distinctly smooth, low-friction hand.

Basic Information

Features and Benefits	Provides an ultra-smooth hand and low-friction surface feel on cellulose-based textiles.
Usage Instructions	For a 30% active emulsion, combine 20 parts fluid with 10 parts compatible emulsifier, 1.5 parts glacial acetic acid diluted with 3.5 parts water, and 65 parts water. Add water and acid solution stepwise under agitation, adjust the final pH to approximately 6, and filter before use.
Recommended Use Level	Exhaust process: 1–5% on weight of fabric using the diluted emulsion. Padding process: 10–40 g/L using the diluted emulsion.
Packaging	50 L or 120 L plastic drums.
Storage Conditions	Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse.
Shelf Life	6 months.
Solid Content	88.0–90.0%, measured after 3 hours at 105°C.
