Basic Information

Chemical Name	Fatty-acid organic amine compound
Appearance	Yellow flakes.
Features and Benefits	Produces a soft and bulky hand, has low solution viscosity and low yellowing, and offers good stability toward salts, alkali, anionic auxiliaries and hard water. It may be blended with other compatible softeners.
Usage Instructions	Prepare a 10% stock solution by adding 100 kg of product to 900 kg of water and heating to approximately 70–75°C under agitation until uniform.
Recommended Use Level	Exhaust process: 3–10% on weight of fabric at 40–75°C for approximately 30 minutes, with a liquor ratio of 1:10–15. Padding process: 20–50 g/L at room temperature.
Packaging	25 kg bags.
Storage Conditions	Store below 35°C in a dry location and protect the flakes from compression.
Shelf Life	12 months.
pH	4.0–6.0 in a 10% aqueous solution.
