Eata Silicon offers a polyester degreasing auxiliary designed to emulsify processing oils, reduce redeposition and support one-bath degreasing and disperse dyeing.

Basic Information

Appearance	Pale-yellow transparent liquid at 25°C.
Features and Benefits	Emulsifies and disperses polyester processing oils, helps prevent oil redeposition on fabric and equipment, supports disperse-dye dispersion and controlled dye uptake, and contains no APEO.
Usage Instructions	nan
Recommended Use Level	1.0–2.0 g/L in one-bath polyester degreasing and dyeing; typical dyeing treatment at 120–130°C for 30–60 minutes.
Packaging	50 L or 120 L plastic drums.
Storage Conditions	Keep sealed and protected from light. Mix until uniform if haze or separation occurs during extended storage.
Shelf Life	12 months.
Solid Content	26.0–28.0%, measured after 3 hours at 105°C.
