Basic Information

Chemical Name	Special acrylate polymer emulsion
Appearance	Beige emulsion.
Features and Benefits	PFC-free formulation with strong water-repellent performance, good bath stability and a soft finished hand. Suitable for a broad range of textile substrates.
Usage Instructions	Apply by a one-dip, one-nip padding process. Suggested wet pickup is 30–90% for synthetic woven fabrics and 50–70% for cotton or blended fabrics.
Recommended Use Level	Synthetic woven fabrics: 20–50 g/L, optionally with 5–10 g/L of a compatible crosslinker. Cotton woven fabrics: 30–60 g/L, optionally with 5–15 g/L of a compatible crosslinker.
Packaging	120 L or 1,000 L plastic containers.
Storage Conditions	Store at 5–30°C and protect from freezing and excessive heat.
Shelf Life	6 months.
pH	4.0–5.0 as supplied.
Solid Content	31–33%, measured after 3 hours at 130°C.
Curing Conditions	Synthetic fabrics: 160–180°C for 0.5–2 minutes. Cotton and blended fabrics: 150–160°C for 2–3 minutes.
