Description

A concentrated polyether-modified polysiloxane textile fluid that provides hydrophilicity and a soft hand. The concentrate can be converted into a water-based working emulsion using the specified emulsification procedure.

Basic Information

Appearance	Colorless to pale-yellow transparent or slightly turbid liquid at 25°C.
Viscosity	2,500–4,500 mPa·s at 25°C.
Features and Benefits	Provides hydrophilicity and a soft textile hand. The concentrate is suitable for dilution into a transparent working emulsion with a compatible emulsifier.
Usage Instructions	Prepare a working emulsion using 200 parts concentrate, 20 parts compatible emulsifier, 4 parts glacial acetic acid and 440 parts water. Add water stepwise under high-speed dispersion and adjust the final pH to approximately 6.
Recommended Use Level	Exhaust process: 2–5% of the diluted product on weight of fabric. Padding process: 15–40 g/L of the diluted product.
Packaging	50 L or 120 L plastic drums.
Storage Conditions	Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse.
Shelf Life	6 months.
Solid Content	93.0–95.0%, measured after 3 hours at 105°C.
