Appearance	Yellow flakes.
Features and Benefits	Delivers softness and bulk with low yellowing and low solution viscosity. The product remains stable in the presence of salts, alkali, anionic auxiliaries and hard water and can be combined with compatible softeners.
Usage Instructions	Prepare a 10% stock solution by dispersing 100 kg of flakes in 900 kg of water and heating to approximately 70–75°C while mixing until fully uniform.
Recommended Use Level	Exhaust process: 3–10% on weight of fabric at 40–75°C for about 30 minutes, with a liquor ratio of 1:10–15. Padding process: 20–50 g/L at room temperature.
Packaging	25 kg bags.
Storage Conditions	Store in a dry area below 35°C and avoid excessive stacking pressure.
Shelf Life	12 months.
pH	4.0–6.0 in a 10% aqueous solution.
