Basic Information

Appearance	Reddish-brown transparent liquid at 25°C.
Solubility	Readily soluble in cold water.
Features and Benefits	Improves washing, water-soaking and perspiration fastness; has limited influence on fabric hydrophilicity and hand; contains no formaldehyde and may be diluted before use.
Usage Instructions	Suitable for exhaust and padding processes. For exhaust treatment, hold the fixing bath at 40°C for approximately 20 minutes.
Recommended Use Level	Exhaust: 0.5–1.0% on weight of fabric for reactive dyes and 0.5–1.5% for direct dyes. Padding on dry fabric: 5–10 g/L for reactive dyes and 5–15 g/L for direct dyes. Padding on wet fabric: 10–25 g/L for reactive dyes and 15–30 g/L for direct dyes.
Packaging	50 L or 120 L plastic drums.
Storage Conditions	Thermally stable under routine storage and transport conditions.
Shelf Life	12 months.
Solid Content	49.0–51.0%, measured after 3 hours at 105°C.
